Tin of tidbits

* Want a great way to feel like you're having a lot of ice cream, but be healthy instead?  Instead of topping your ice cream (do froyo!) with fruit, layer the fruit on the bottom of the bowl then top it with ice cream. It will allow the ice cream to drip onto the fruit to give it a yummy creaminess, but it will look like you have a lot of ice cream.  Thanks Meghann!
